We are looking for a skilled professional to join United Tech as an PE Accountant. In this role, you will independently manage the operations of Private Entrepreneurs, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.

In this role, you will
Provide end-to-end support for PEsManage banking operations and assist with online banking activitiesCalculate quarterly single tax and military tax, and submit PE tax declarationsCalculate and submit annual unified social tax declarationsSupport PEs with onboarding, registration, and closure processesAssist in obtaining electronic digital signatures (EDS) for client bankingUpdate and maintain step-by-step guides, instructions, and handbooks for PEs on financial and tax processes to ensure accuracy and clarityProactively identify and resolve PE-related issues to minimize PE involvement in financial and tax tasksFoster strong communication with PEs, ensuring they feel supported in their financial matters
It’s all about you
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fieldsAt least 2 years of experience as an accountant managing Ukrainian PEs Knowledge of accounting and tax legislationProficient in Microsoft Office and Google DocsFamiliarity with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsResults-driven with high attention to detailAdaptable and quick learner, able to embrace new challengesProactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetIntermediate or higher proficiency in English (oral and written)
