Role Overview:

The Learning and Development Coach ensures that every hire we place becomes a high-performing, long-term asset for our clients. You will manage a group of top-tier talent, driving engagement, retention, and growth while delivering a “white glove” experience that results in 0% churn. This role is cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with client success teams while independently managing your talent portfolio.

We are looking for proactive, analytical, and highly organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are obsessed with operational excellence, and are driven by measurable outcomes. This role requires strategic thinking, execution-heavy delivery, and exceptional communication skills.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure all talent achieve high satisfaction and performance metrics (NPS 9+).
  • Drive 100% attendance in coaching calls and active enrollment in upskilling programs.
  • Identify and flag upsell opportunities to the client success team.
  • Reduce risk by proactively addressing performance or engagement issues.
  • Contribute directly to client retention, talent growth, and the company’s overall operational excellence.

Areas of Responsibility:

Talent Management & Success – 50%

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your talent portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary champion for talent, providing resources, coaching, and guidance.
  • Track individual performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and resolve issues promptly.
  • Capture talent referrals and identify opportunities to provide additional resources to clients.

Training & Development – 30%

  • Develop and maintain tailored upskilling programs aligned to individual and client needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding bootcamps and training sessions.
  • Ensure continuous development for all talent under your management.

Operations & Reporting – 20%

  • Document all talent communications, NPS scores, risk levels, and development plans in systems.
  • Track PTO and attendance issues.
  • Escalate red flags proactively and coordinate with client success teams.

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or workforce operations.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams or portfolios.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with remote teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with performance tracking, coaching, and professional development programs.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Exposure to international talent operations or remote workforce management.
  • Knowledge of HR technology platforms and CRM systems.
