Role Overview: We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Colorado Springs clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.
Position Details:
- Part-Time: In-Person
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and/or Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends)
- Looking for someone to cover at least two days per week but all three days is an option!
- Compensation: $60,000 – $104,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough evaluations and assessments for clients experiencing a range of delays and disorders
- Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each individual
- Deliver therapy services to clients with care and attention
- Work together with fellow therapy team members to provide seamless care
- Keep detailed and current records of client progress
Requirements
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
- Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date
