As a People & Culture Business Partner at Daniels Health, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting our workforce. You will provide expert HR guidance, foster employee engagement, and collaborate with leaders to drive organizational development.

What you will do
Provide practical and confident advice on employee and industrial relations, onboarding, exits, and organizational developmentPartner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement and retention strategiesLead presentations and facilitate training sessions to support learning and development initiativesCollaborate with the People & Culture Manager and key stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational designAssist with compensation and benefits administration, including supporting performance review processesAnalyze turnover data and provide insights to improve retention and recruitment effortsEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations across the organizationSupport recruitment initiatives in partnership with the hiring team across the U.S.Contribute to broader People & Culture projects as needed to drive continuous improvement
What we are looking for
6–12 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations and organizational developmentDegree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experienceProficiency with Workday and strong computer literacy in Word, Excel, and OutlookBroad knowledge of employment law, recruitment practices, industrial instruments, and performance managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levelsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesHigh level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentialityCollaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a positive attitude
