People Operations (HR) Associate

As Lalamove continues to grow, we’re looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day People and office operations as we scale the business.

You’ll support day-to-day People and admin work, keep HR processes running smoothly, support employees across their lifecycle, bring structure to a fast-moving environment, and work alongside the People Manager to deliver a great employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone excited to be part of a hypergrowth, technology-driven start up, who leads with integrity, and is motivated by making a meaningful impact on local communities. If you’re organized, hands-on, and enjoy building as you go, this role is a great fit for you.
