About the Role
We are looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to join Appvia’s People team and support the continued growth of the business.
This is a graduate/junior-level role ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who enjoys organisation, communication, and working closely with people.
You will work across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and office coordination, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience initiatives.
You’ll work closely with the People Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to both HR operations and recruitment in a fast-growing consultancy environment.
Interview process - 3 stage

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and internal documentation
- Support HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, and compliance paperwork
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration including joiners, changes, and leavers
- Track probation periods and ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date
- Maintain HR records in line with GDPR and company policies
- Provide administrative support for payroll inputs and timesheet processes
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage job postings across LinkedIn and job boards
- Screen incoming applications and help maintain candidate pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support recruitment reporting and ATS administration
- Assist with offer documentation, reference checks, and recruitment coordination
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires including documentation and system setup
- Prepare onboarding schedules and welcome materials
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure equipment and access are ready
- Support onboarding sessions and orientation activities
- Help ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the team
Office & Workplace Operations
- Support day-to-day operations in our Barbican office
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor orders
- Assist with internal events, team meetings, and company activities
- Help manage workplace logistics as the team continues to grow
About You
You are organised, proactive, and enjoy working with people. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will likely have:
- A degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Some professional experience or internships in HR, recruitment, or office administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly over phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using LinkedIn and online job platforms
- A people-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with HiBob, Workable, and Google Workspace is helpful but not essential.
