Job Description:
As the People & Talent Lead, you will be the foundational pillar for organizational growth, owning the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to performance management. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, building high-performing teams and fostering a world-class culture within a rapidly scaling, high-growth environment.

What you will do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, managing everything from sourcing to offer negotiation.

• Implement and optimize core HR processes including onboarding, performance cycles, and feedback loops.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to managers on people operations, conflict resolution, and talent development.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or people operations within a high-growth startup.

• Proven track record of scaling teams and partnering effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with total discretion.
