As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive growth by building and executing high-impact paid marketing strategies across digital platforms. You’ll combine strong analytical rigor with creative experimentation to scale user acquisition, retention, and revenue — ensuring every dollar spent contributes meaningfully to business growth. You’ll operate at the intersection of performance, product, and brand, continuously evolving our paid media strategy to align with broader company objectives
What You'll Do
Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Manage budgets effectively to optimize ROAS, CAC, and LTV metrics
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to improve campaign performance and user acquisition
Iteratively conduct creative A/B tests and structured experiments to identify growth opportunities
Monitor daily campaign performance, extract insights, and implement data-driven optimizations
Stay current with new trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
What You’ll Bring
Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, X, and non-SAN environments).
Ability to strategically connect campaigns with different objectives (install, activation, ROAS) across multiple ad networks and unify them under one cohesive, data-driven growth goal
Hands-on experience developing tailored strategies for different ad networks — understanding auction dynamics, attribution models, and creative optimization levers unique to each.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights, optimize toward incremental growth, and manage performance at scale.
Analytical mindset with deep knowledge of marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention) and experience working with tracking tools (preferably AppsFlyer).
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and growth teams.
Curiosity and agility to test, learn, and evolve — driving both immediate impact and long-term performance efficiency.
