What you’ll do
Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, etc.)Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and marketing goalsSet up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform pixelsProvide regular reporting with actionable insights to optimize ROI and campaign performanceCollaborate with marketing and media teams to define KPIs, conversion goals, and attribution models Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate campaign performance and trends effectivelyIdentify opportunities for A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve marketing outcomesEnsure accurate data tracking and reporting through rigorous attention to detail
What we expect from you
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and attributionProficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Excel/Google SheetsHands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, etc., including UTM parameter implementation and analysisComfortable working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, actionable insightsHigh level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting campaign strategy and performance optimization preferred
