We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about digital advertising, paid media, and growth marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, with a strong focus on driving measurable business results.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to scale campaigns, improve ROI, and support overall digital growth initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Execute and optimize campaigns for objectives such as lead generation, conversions, traffic, and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-backed adjustments to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Create and test ad creatives, copies, and formats in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights, learnings, and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance and digital marketing.
- Assist in budget planning, allocation, and tracking to ensure efficient ad spend.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience or internship exposure in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, funnels, and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tracking platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment and learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
