Your Role
You will support our teams on technology based M&A transactions from the very first day, conduct market and competitor analysis and help the teams to pitch and acquire new and challenging mandates. Preparing company valuations based on Multiples, DCF or LBO analysis as well as preparing target and investor lists isalso part of your daily routine. Working in an international, open minded, diverse and thoughtful environment you will contribute to achieve and become the best for the benefits of our clients.
Requirements
- You have a strong academical background with a Masters degree and ideally gained first international experience
- You are an entrepreneurial and independent individual with demonstrated analytical and commercial thinking, excellent communication and intercultural skills and finance proficiency
- You have prior M&A experience at Investment Banks, Private Equity or Venture Capital funds and you are interested in technology based transactions
- You can handle pressure and work under tight deadlines, you are curious and analytical, you are a team player and like exposure to senior management
- Written and spoken proficiency in French and English is a must, German or Spanish a plus
