What You’ll Do

As a Personal Trainer at UP, your journey starts by mastering your craft, not chasing sales targets. You’ll be trained to an elite level and equipped to coach clients using the industry-leading UP Method. From there, you’ll work with a wide range of clients who trust UP to get them results they haven’t achieved anywhere else. You’ll deliver world-class personal training with measurable impact, acting as both coach and trusted partner in your clients’ transformation journey.

This role is for trainers who are serious about their career, obsessed with client results, and committed to personal growth. This isn’t just a job, at UP, personal training is a way of life.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A Cert IV Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• A valid right to work for Australia, e.g. citizenship or permanent residency. (We don't offer visa sponsorship).
• A genuine passion for transforming lives.
• A strong work ethic and growth mindset.

We’ll handle the rest through our industry-leading onboarding, mentoring, and development programme, designed to shape great trainers into world-class coaches, and future leaders.

Hours: 38 hours per week, full-time (including early mornings and late evenings during your first year)

Salary: $39.04 - $50.28 per hour; starting from $56,200 up to $72,400 annually.

U.P. does not provide Personal Trainer qualifications and so requires all applicants to have already attained their Cert 4 qualification or an equivalent qualification in Personal Training.

All applicants must also have a valid right to work in Australia, e.g. citizenship or permanent residency. We require candidates to have the right to work for at least 12 months. We invest heavily in the education of our staff and offer long term careers, therefore, unfortunately ,part-time or 6 months of work can't be considered.
