We are seeking lawyers with litigation or corporate/transactional experience to support a short-term project involving the compilation of publicly available legal and financial documents for AI dataset development. This work will contribute to internal testing and external demonstrations for advanced AI systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents according to project guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
- Follow structured documentation processes to maintain defined quality standards.
- Verify sources and ensure all data is obtained from public, verifiable platforms.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of active legal practice in Peru.
- Experience in litigation or corporate/transactional work.
- Familiarity with Peruvian legal and regulatory document sources.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation standards.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under short timelines.
Role Details:
- Part-time, project-based engagement (2–3 weeks).
- Expected workload: 10–20 hours per week, flexible based on availability and project needs.
- 100% remote and asynchronous — work from anywhere.
Compensation:
- Contractor role.
- Payments processed weekly via Stripe Connect; ($50-$80 per hour)
