What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership: Provide expert pharmaceutical care with a focus on accuracy and patient safety in a high-volume, mail-order environment.Tech Orchestration: Navigate our digital ecosystem (Kroll Paperless, G-Suite, Slack, our in house app, Shopify, UberDirect, and PrescribeIT, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Workflow Innovation: Work with PACMED strip packaging for compliance patients and manage autonomous workflows in tandem with our mobile doctor partners.Special Projects: Beyond the bench, you’ll contribute to B2B integration projects and process improvements that keep us at the cutting edge.Soft Skill Mastery: Communicate with patients and partners with a level of empathy and efficiency that sets the gold standard for digital care.
What You Bring
The Credentials: Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the OCP in good standing.The Tech Stack: You don’t just "use" Kroll; you master it. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and Shopify is a major plus.The Vibe: You are "tech-native."
