PLC Programmer

Job description

We are looking for a skilled PLC Programmer to join our engineering team. The role involves designing, developing, and troubleshooting PLC-based control systems used in lyophilization (freeze-drying) equipment. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PLC logic development, HMI programming, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify PLC programs for lyophilization systems.
• Configure and integrate control systems with sensors, actuators, and HMIs.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure smooth system operation.
• Maintain documentation for control logic and system configurations.

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar PLCs.
• Familiarity with SCADA/HMI systems.
• Experience in process automation or pharmaceutical machinery preferred.
