Plumber
We are seeking a skilled and efficient Plumber to join our team in the beautiful Villa Haven, Maldives. As a Plumber in our tropical island paradise, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in a timely manner
- Perform leak detection and implement appropriate repair solutions
- Clean and unclog drains using specialized tools and equipment
- Install and repair various plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for plumbing installations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests or team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a resort or a hotel
- Proficiency in using various plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong skills in pipe fitting, installation, and repair
- Expertise in leak detection and drain cleaning techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service orientation and communication abilities
- Understanding of water systems and water conservation techniques
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to adapt to working in a tropical island environment
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality workmanship
