Podcast Clipper / Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Podcast Clipper / Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast episodes into polished, engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Edit and repurpose long-form podcast audio into short clips

• Add captions, subtitles, jump cuts, and on-screen elements

• Format content based on platform-specific requirements

• Ensure high-quality exports optimized for short-form delivery

• Collaborate with the team and creative lead for revisions when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form social content

• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for fast-moving platforms

• Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve)

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits each week

• Portfolio or editing samples required
