Polish Speaking Customer Experience Representative

In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Polish-speaking customers, guiding them through inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our services. Your ability to connect with customers and resolve their issues will be key to their satisfaction and our overall success.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Document all customer interactions to maintain accurate records for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training to expand your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly indicated in your C.V.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• A collaborative team player who maintains a positive and proactive attitude.
