In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our services. Your fluency in Polish will be key to building strong relationships with customers and enhancing their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Educate clients on features and functionalities of our offerings
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement
• Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive, customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
