Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to AI & technology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide assistance with product usage, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
• Educate customers about software features, updates, and industry best practices.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system.
• Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI & technology to deliver informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the technology or AI sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries concurrently.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
