Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products and services, including vehicle specifications, availability, and maintenance tips via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide customers with information regarding warranty claims, service bookings, and parts availability.
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
• Document all customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that complex inquiries are addressed and resolved efficiently.
• Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Greek or English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
