Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information regarding product features, pricing, and implementation processes.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cybersecurity solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective service tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity to offer relevant support and guidance.
• Promote customer satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
