Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to digital wallet services, transactions, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on account features, security measures, and troubleshooting support.
• Assist customers with account setup, fund transfers, and transaction issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements
