This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for e-commerce and customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Polish, providing them with a seamless online shopping experience and addressing their inquiries about products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to online orders, product details, and marketplace policies through phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and order tracking.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on marketplace offers, products, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplaces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer service platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
