Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to tobacco products, services, and brand information via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with order placement, account management, and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system appropriately.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product promotions and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
