Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, and hospitality services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide comprehensive information on destinations, travel packages, and local attractions.
• Assist customers with resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal travel teams to enhance customer service and offer tailored solutions.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, company offerings, and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging inquiries effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with customer service software and reservation systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
