Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding logistics and courier services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information on shipment tracking, delivery options, and logistics solutions.
• Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues related to their shipments.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on logistics trends and best practices to offer informed support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or courier services, is preferred.
