Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding subscription services, including account management, billing issues, and service updates via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
• Provide detailed information to customers about subscription plans, features, and pricing.
• Assist customers with the onboarding process and guide them through service utilization.
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and respond to customer needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and service offerings to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in subscription-based services or a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
