LCAT: Applications/Systems Analyst, Sr
Location: Remote
Position Title: Enterprise Command Center – Business Line Management Portfolio Business Analyst
Work as a Portfolio Business Analyst (PBA) on our team as the primary point of contact (POC) as we help the customer overcome their most difficult challenges in performance monitoring. Apply your knowledge to manage customer expectations and manage escalations as they arise. Use your skills to communicate and report status, issues, risks, and roadblocks.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in leading a team in the fielding of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software of both a simple and complex nature.
- Experience with the creation of schedules, deployment plans, customer communications, and setting performance expectations based on input from all team members
- Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies including DevSecOps, Agile, Kanban
- Strong customer relationship management/customer experience
- Ability to identify all activities required in the near, mid, and long-term phases of the program
- Possess experience in planning to ensure deployments can be performed on schedule and with available resources
- HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of relevant professional experience or BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, math, or equivalent discipline with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
