Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to Portuguese-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer pertinent information regarding our services.
• Document customer interactions accurately for follow-up and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
• Engage in regular training sessions to broaden your knowledge and skill set.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is a major plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your application.
• A strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
