You will assist clients with inquiries related to logistics operations while communicating in Portuguese, contributing to their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment tracking, and delivery updates via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide information on shipping policies, pricing, and transit times.
• Assist customers with resolving issues related to shipments, including delays or discrepancies.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay informed on logistics industry trends and the company's service offerings to provide up-to-date information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
