The Role:

We’re looking for a courageous, humble, and motivated person to be part of our growing PPC team. If you're passionate about Google Ads, always chasing the latest paid search trends, and have the data-driven skills to help us dominate the first page of search engines in highly competitive global markets — we want to hear from you. Locations:

Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to: Limassol, Valencia, Warsaw, or Porto.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in forming effective paid search strategies for international markets.

  • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns across diverse regions.

  • Oversee accounts on search platforms for both desktop and mobile apps (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, ASA, UAC, YouTube).

  • Conduct keyword selection and audience targeting tailored to specific locales.

  • Collaborate with other departments (CRM, Developers, BI, etc.).

  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI.

  • Track KPIs to assess performance and identify issues.

  • Produce reports and dashboards for management.

  • Write attractive and concise copy for adverts.

  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple emerging and established markets.

  • Identify and mitigate click fraud risks.

  • Stay up to date with global SEM trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of paid search experience in the iGaming industry.

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns in competitive, multi-regional environments.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, ASA) preferred.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking with strong math skills.

  • Google Ads certification preferred.

  • Experience with keyword research, analysis, and optimization tools.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.

  • Proactive and self-motivated.
