Locations:
Open to candidates currently based in, or willing to relocate to: Limassol, Valencia, Warsaw, or Porto.
Responsibilities:

Participate in forming effective paid search strategies for international markets.

Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns across diverse regions.

Oversee accounts on search platforms for both desktop and mobile apps (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, ASA, UAC, YouTube).

Conduct keyword selection and audience targeting tailored to specific locales.

Collaborate with other departments (CRM, Developers, BI, etc.).

Monitor budgets and adjust bids to improve ROI.

Track KPIs to assess performance and identify issues.

Produce reports and dashboards for management.

Write attractive and concise copy for adverts.

Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple emerging and established markets.

Identify and mitigate click fraud risks.

Stay up to date with global SEM trends.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1 year of paid search experience in the iGaming industry.

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns in competitive, multi-regional environments.

Experience in data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Microsoft Ads, ASA) preferred.

Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

Excellent communication skills.

Analytical thinking with strong math skills.

Google Ads certification preferred.

Experience with keyword research, analysis, and optimization tools.

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
