VTS is looking for an intelligent, self-motivated sales professional to join our team as a Principal Account Executive in our New York office. As a Principal Account Executive at VTS, you’ll lead net-new customer acquisition across strategic, high-value accounts. This role is designed for a senior, consultative seller who thrives in complex sales cycles, can operate at the executive level, and consistently closes large, multi-year deals.
You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close—while partnering closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Leadership
To thrive in this role you must be driven, and possess an eagerness to learn. A high level of accountability towards a quality work product. You value collaboration, engaging cross-functional partners to solve challenges to ensure the best strategy is applied to the client. You should possess a natural curiosity and desire to understand the business, customer insights, and real estate industry.

Pay Transparency
At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $130,000 - $150,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography. There is a commission structure for the position that will bring the OTE (on target earnings) to $290,000 - $310,000 depending on the base salary agreed upon and achievement to goals.
