This role combines high-level strategy, hands-on execution, and leadership for a growing partner marketing function. On a team of two, you’ll serve as a mentor and lead architect of partner go-to-market motions that drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
You bring deep SaaS experience and a strong command of partner ecosystems, and you thrive at the intersection of data, storytelling, and cross-functional execution. You will shape how Rewind acquires, enables, engages, grows, and retains partners across a diverse and evolving platform ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Program Ownership
Own the end-to-end partner marketing strategy, aligning partner programs with company-level growth goals, revenue targets, and ecosystem priorities.
Define the partner marketing roadmap, including acquisition, activation, enablement, co-marketing, and lifecycle programs, with clear prioritization and ROI accountability.
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Director of Partnerships and senior marketing leadership on ecosystem growth, partner monetization, and program investments.
Create scalable processes and documentation that allow the partner marketing function to grow effectively.
Measurement, Insights & Reporting
Establish and evolve partner marketing KPIs and success frameworks, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, activation rates, engagement, and retention.
Develop and own dashboards, and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across partner segments and lifecycle stages.
Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead the design and execution of scalable, insight-driven partner GTM initiatives, optimizing for partner experience, revenue impact, and operational efficiency.
Drive strong cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and RevOps, serving as the central leader for partner GTM execution.
Establish clear operating rhythms, project management standards, and accountability for partner launches and campaigns.
Partner Lifecycle & Revenue Growth
Partner closely with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to analyze partner lifecycle performance and design programs that increase activation, engagement, retention, and pipeline contribution.
Identify, size, prioritize, and execute new co-marketing, sponsorship, and ecosystem opportunities with a strong bias for ROI.
Own partner communications strategy and measure impact on engagement, feature adoption, and partner sentiment.
Systems, Enablement & Optimization
Own and optimize the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including segmentation strategy, reporting automation, and usage analytics.
Develop and continuously improve partner enablement content, using performance data, feedback loops, and experimentation to improve partner outcomes.
Refine partner program messaging and positioning through market research, competitive analysis, and partner insights.
What you'll bring
7–10+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience in SaaS, platforms, or partner-led growth environments.
Proven track record of owning and scaling partner marketing programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into executive-level insights and decisions.
Deep familiarity with SaaS tools, integrations, PRMs, LMS platforms, and sales operations.
Experience leading or mentoring others, with comfort balancing people leadership and hands-on execution.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confident influencing senior stakeholders and external partners.
Human-centric, collaborative approach to working with partners and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities.
Passion for growth, innovation, and building category-defining partner ecosystems.
