We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Principal Strategist, Global S&OP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end S&OP process, driving alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans across all business units and regions.
- Establish a standardized, globally consistent cadence for demand and supply reviews, inventory health assessments, and executive S&OP sessions.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of planning software (StockIQ, SAP S/4HANA, or similar) to replace manual Excel-based processes.
- Partner with IT, data engineering, and external vendors to define requirements, design workflows, and test solutions that enable scalable global planning.
- Own global S&OP data standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems and regions.
- Design and maintain end-to-end data flow architecture—from ERP and Snowflake to planning and reporting tools.
- Serve as the global process owner for S&OP, defining governance structures, roles, and responsibilities across functions and markets.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in S&OP, supply chain planning, or demand/supply management, ideally within consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated success implementing global or multi-regional S&OP processes and systems.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau and SAP S/4HANA; experience with StockIQ highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical and process solutions.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Tableau proficiency strongly preferred
