About The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team at Solar Landscape. This role supports the end-to-end procurement process, helping ensure materials and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and aligned with project timelines.
You’ll partner closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to support project execution, while gaining hands-on experience in vendor management, market analysis, and strategic sourcing. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in procurement within a fast-paced, growth-oriented renewable energy environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Procurement Process Management: Uphold the implementation of procurement processes to ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers to purchase project-specific equipment.
- Analyze market trends and RFQs to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and comparative analysis to drive purchase order execution.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Exposure to logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations through work experience, internships, or academic projects
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Prior data management and reporting experience
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, “will-do” attitude
- Strong organizational skills with a creative approach to solving logistical challenges
