As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Procurement Manager to build and lead a modern, data-driven procurement function that enhances financial performance and operational efficiency.

The Procurement Manager will design and execute procurement strategies that secure maximum value across all company purchasing activities. The role focuses on building strong vendor partnerships, implementing procurement governance, and supporting company-wide cost optimization. Reporting directly to the VP of finance, you will shape a scalable procurement function that aligns with Salla’s growth and future-readiness.

Objectives

  • Deliver measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
  • Build long-term vendor partnerships supporting innovation and reliability.
  • Implement procurement workflows, policies, and approval structures.
  • Develop procurement dashboards and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Support expansion of new business lines, geographies and operational scaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, contracting, negotiation, renewals, and supplier performance.
  • Build category strategies across SaaS, technology, logistics, marketing, fixed assets and services.
  • Implement procurement governance, controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Marketing, Operations, HR and other teams.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and contract lifecycle management.
  • Use data analytics to improve visibility, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive automation through procurement or ERP systems.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier risks.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning exercises

  • Measurable success in a prior procurement role.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management capability.
  • Strong analytical and procurement reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in Supply chain, Business, Procurement, or related field.
  • 7+ years of procurement/vendor management experience.
  • 3+ years of owning procurement end-to-end.
  • Strong SaaS and technology procurement experience.
  • Experience building procurement functions from scratch.
  • Experience in scaling or pre-IPO companies.
