As a Producer at Fnatic, you’ll play a key role in preparing and executing the production of creative assets to support Fnatic’s marketing activity across multiple channels. Working closely with Partner Success, Pro-Gaming and other creative staff, you’ll ensure production briefs are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
You’ll help bring to life some of the most exciting projects in gaming and esports — from high-impact campaigns with global brand partners such as Sony and Red Bull, to creative collaborations with world-class players, creators, and talent. Whether it’s producing digital content, branded activations, or storytelling around major competitive moments, you’ll be at the centre of projects that reach millions of fans and shape how one of the world’s leading esports organisations shows up on the global stage.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to support the delivery of content and campaigns from inception to completion
Working with the Content Creative Lead, assist in meeting content objectives by understanding project requirements and contributing ideas across Fnatic brand, partner and BAU creative activity
Own the Production board, effectively managing traffic and resource allocation against critical paths and deadlines
Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to provide project updates, with particular emphasis on driving cohesion between London and Berlin offices
Assist in researching and drafting treatments and pitches for various projects
Lead pre-production processes to ensure smooth execution of shoots and quality
Lead on Production scheduling, working with Pro-Gaming to plan media days and coordinate weekly filming slots
Ensure delivery of creative assets to plan, overseeing post-production timelines to timely completion within budget constraints
Ensure adherence to Fnatic’s brand guidelines for all projects
Assist in managing the freelancer network, including booking talent and updating database when necessary
Ensure we are maximising access to players and talent, highlighting opportunities to get the most from access opportunities
Support other departments on projects directly linked to company-level goals when needed
Own ad-hoc creative production projects assigned by your manager
We're looking for:
Proven production experience in a creative agency environment or similar
Strong knowledge of creative workflows and video production practices
Experience with budget management
A team player with strong communication and solutions focus
Familiarity with project management tools, ideally Notion and Slack
A commercial mindset and ability to understand the goals of both Fnatic and its partners
Understanding of gaming/esports and willingness to immerse yourself in the space
Strength in multitasking and handling multiple concurrent projects
Comfort in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Enthusiasm for innovating through media
