Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic product team working on a large-scale Web SaaS CRM platform. This is a cross-functional environment where designers work side-by-side with Product Owners, BAs, developers, and QA to create seamless and effective digital workflows across desktop, tablet, and mobile. You’ll operate as a full member of the product team, contribute to shared KPIs, and help shape the evolution of enterprise-level services used by internal and external users.

What you will do
Act as the product designer within a cross-functional full-stack product team, contributing to team-level outcomes and shared KPIsDrive the end-to-end design process: from task framing and problem definition to research, concept development, and deliveryConduct user research (interviews, contextual inquiries, etc.) to uncover user needs, business processes, and friction points within the CRM environmentDevelop hypotheses and validate them through low- and high-fidelity prototypes, usability testing, and iterative feedbackProduce final UI/UX designs and documentation for complex multi-step workflows across desktop, tablet, and mobileCollaborate closely with developers during implementation and provide design QA to ensure pixel-perfect and intent-aligned deliveryApply design system components and patterns in daily work; contribute to the growth of Kyivstar’s corporate design system when existing solutions are insufficientUse product analytics and qualitative feedback to evaluate the impact of design decisions and optimize usability and performanceEmbrace technical and business constraints, including legacy dependencies and third-party service limitations, while delivering user-centric and viable solutionsOptionally leverage AI-based design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, or documentation workflows
Qualifications and experience needed
Professional Experience: 2+ years as a product designer in a SaaS or B2B environment; experience with CRM systems is a strong advantageUX Maturity: Full-cycle ownership of design activities—from problem definition and user research to prototyping and delivery.Design Systems: Hands-on experience using and extending component libraries; familiarity with structured design systems, Figma librariesPlatform Design: Confident in designing responsive interfaces for complex workflows on web, tablet, and mobileTools: Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools; understanding of how to present designs for both stakeholders and developersResearch & Analytics: Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and analytics toolsAI Tools: (Nice to have) Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., research summarization, auto-layout tools, content generation)Mindset: A problem-solver who enjoys digging into technical constraints and business logic to uncover elegant, usable solutionsTeam Fit: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum; strong collaboration skills; Intermediate+ English and Ukrainian
