Product Designer (UX & UI)

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong UX and UI skills who can own complex design problems, deliver end-to-end solutions, and collaborate effectively across teams. You’ll work with product partners, provide guidance when needed, and contribute to ad-hoc design initiatives.
Locations: Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Hanoi.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You will be responsible for collaborating directly with clients to better understand their product requirements and help improve the user experience of their platform.
• You will have the opportunity to design for a wide range of products and clients, helping to further expand your portfolio of application design.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates solid UX thinking, visual design skills, and understanding of accessibility.
• Proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining design systems.
• Experience designing for web applications, especially complex management tools, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel for business trips as required.
