Every Product Manager acts as the CEO of their product, shaping vision, execution, and results end to end.
You will have the freedom to test, learn, and build fast, and the accountability to make it work.
What You’ll Do
Own a mobile app or feature from ideation through launch to growth and optimisation.Treat every decision as a hypothesis, designing, running, and learning from A/B tests at every stage.Define roadmap, strategy, and success metrics in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams.Use analytics and experimentation (funnels, cohorts, retention) to drive growth and performance.Explore and apply new opportunities in AI across different product areas.Work on key growth levers such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetisation.Stay ahead of mobile trends, AI applications, user behaviour, and competitors.Uncover insights and act without waiting for direction, driving meaningful impact through initiative.Empower the team by sharing knowledge and showing strong ownership and curiosity, helping the team learn and move faster.
