Job summary
DigiCert is redefining the Domain Name System as an AI-native trust layer — enabling secure, intelligent, and autonomous resolution for the next era of the Internet.
As a Product Manager, you will lead innovation at the intersection of AI, DNS, and digital trust. You will collaborate with engineering, and GTM teams to build cloud-native DNS services that use inference and automation to detect anomalies, optimize performance, and strengthen security. You will also leverage AI tools to move fast — turning ideas and insights into a clear, measurable roadmap.
What you will do
- Define and own the AI-driven DNS roadmap, aligned with DigiCert’s trust and cloud strategy.
- Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into customer-focused, market-ready features.
- Partner with engineering and MLOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native services.
- Use AI-assisted tools to analyze feedback, synthesize insights, and iterate quickly.
- Define and track success metrics — adoption, latency, reliability, trust-signal accuracy.
- Drive GTM execution with marketing and sales — launches, messaging, pricing, enablement.
- Engage customers, partners, and standards groups to validate use cases and guide innovation.
- Foster a data-driven product culture using telemetry, dashboards, and A/B experimentation.
- Ship production-ready features in days, not weeks, and iterate continuously.
What you will have
- 4+ years of product-management experience in cloud, networking, or infrastructure SaaS.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Understanding of DNS, networking, or distributed-systems fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems — especially inference pipelines or MLOps workflows (desired).
- Proven ability to deliver 0→1 products and iterate rapidly in agile environments.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills; fluent in data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma Make, Cursor, vibe coding, Copilot) to:
- Rapidly prototype workflows and UI concepts
- Validate ideas early with engineers and customers
- Iterate on requirements before build
- Experience supporting or leading GTM activities (launches, collateral, pricing, adoption tracking).
- Self-starter with an ownership mindset and a passion for 0→1 building in fast-moving environments.
Nice to have
- Startup speed, enterprise scale.
- Builders, not operators.
- Security, trust, and automation by default.
- AI-accelerated, open-source driven, cloud-native by design.
Benefits
- Generous time off policies
- Top shelf benefits
- Education, wellness and lifestyle support
