It’s with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Product Manager to our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to own and grow Insights, our Business Intelligence experience. This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with a fully staffed engineering team, product design, and data analytics.
This role is best for someone who enjoys taking an existing product that already works, finding the highest impact opportunities, and making it meaningfully better for a broader set of users. As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing a deep understanding of customers and internal users through interviews, support ticket analysis, usage data, and feedback loops
- Identifying the highest impact opportunities within Insights and translating them into a clear strategy and roadmap
- Partnering with Design and Engineering to define scope, write clear requirements, and deliver high-quality iterations
- Improving product clarity and usability by reducing redundancy, simplifying workflows, and sharpening the path to value
- Defining and tracking success metrics tied to adoption, retention, and time to value, and communicating progress consistently in a remote environment
- Partnering with Analytics to ensure instrumentation and reporting support confident decision-making
- Collaborating across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and expected outcomes
- Educating internal teams on what is shipping, why it matters, and how to position it

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:
- 2+ years of product management experience working on user-facing software
- Strong analytical mindset, you can interpret product data, identify patterns, and connect work to business outcomes
- Clear, direct communication skills, especially in writing and in remote collaboration
- Strong crossfunctional execution skills, you can align partners and keep work moving
- Experience translating customer and stakeholder needs into crisp product requirements and prioritized roadmaps
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in product-led growth environments, doing more with less, moving quickly, and iterating based on learning
- Experience partnering on experiments and measurement (A/B tests are a plus, not required)
- SQL familiarity
- Experience in travel or hospitality
