Product Manager

POSITION:

Reporting to the Director, Product & Project Management, we are looking for a versatile leader who can own product strategy, manage client relationships, and drive project execution. This role blends product management, client engagement, and project delivery oversight, ensuring successful implementation of cloud-native, data-driven, and AI-enabled solutions.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Product Management

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business and client objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver cloud-native applications, API-first architectures, and data-driven features.
• Drive integration of AI/ML capabilities, including Generative AI, MLOps workflows, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) in product design.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and performance using analytics and observability tools.

Engagement Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and roadmap discussions with clients.
• Prepare and present progress reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and leadership.
• Build strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Project Management

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage scope, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery.
• Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
• Conduct regular status meetings and ensure adherence to agile methodologies.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.

Tools & Methodologies

• Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello.
• Agile Frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Documentation & Collaboration: Miro, Figma, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams.
• Analytics & Reporting: Tableau, Power BI.
• CI/CD & DevOps Awareness: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, client engagement, or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern software architectures.
• Familiarity with API design principles, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), and Generative AI platforms.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with observability tools and performance optimization strategies.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Technology, Computer Science, Science. PMP or MBA is a plus.
• 7-10 years relevant industry experience (Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Consulting, Management Consulting, Hospital systems, Payers, Enterprise level data-analytical solutions)
