About Faculty

At Faculty, we transform organisational performance through safe, impactful and human-centric AI.

With more than a decade of experience, we provide over 350 global customers with software, bespoke AI consultancy, and Fellows from our award winning Fellowship programme.

Our expert team brings together leaders from across government, academia and global tech giants to solve the biggest challenges in applied AI.

Should you join us, you’ll have the chance to work with, and learn from, some of the brilliant minds who are bringing Frontier AI to the frontlines of the world.

About the team

In our Professional and Financial Services Business unit, we bring everything we have learned in more than a decade of Applied AI, and use it to help our clients navigate a rapidly changing landscape.

We develop and embed AI solutions which help firms become more efficient, enhance customer experience, and find the commercial upside in uncertain markets. Within the constraints of a highly regulated industry, we see so much opportunity for meaningful innovation and are proud to set the gold-standard for marrying technical excellence with safe deployment.

About the role

As a Product Manager in the Financial Services team at Faculty, you will be focused on serving the needs of our customers across banking, insurance, capital markets, and financial infrastructure — applying AI to help them solve complex challenges in areas like risk management, fraud prevention, compliance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

You can expect hands-on delivery responsibility, significant customer interaction, and opportunities to contribute to Faculty’s growth from your first day.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge AI-powered products

  • Managing delivery for one or more products or projects, effectively balancing competing priorities and maintaining high quality

  • Collaborating closely with financial services stakeholders to shape phased delivery approaches that ensure measurable commercial value

  • Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and earning trust through a growing mastery of AI's application to their hardest problems

  • Contributing to the firm's product management community by defining good practices and supporting a culture of product excellence

  • Supporting account growth by proactively identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals alongside commercial teams.

Who we're looking for:

  • You bring minimum 4 years’ product management experience, delivering digital products in an agile environment (preference for FS domain knowledge)

  • You have experience contributing to the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and iteration

  • You’ve worked on AI/ML products, and have honed sufficient technical understanding to collaborate effectively with data science and engineering teams

  • You are a clear communicator and confident relationship-builder, able to influence decisions through structured reasoning and data-driven insights

  • You are familiar with feature prioritisation and trade-offs, skillfully balancing customer needs, commercial outcomes, and technical feasibility

  • You take a collaborative, proactive approach, thrive in ambiguous situations, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

What we can offer you:

The Faculty team is diverse and distinctive, and we all come from different personal, professional and organisational backgrounds. We all have one thing in common: we are driven by a deep intellectual curiosity that powers us forward each day.

Faculty is the professional challenge of a lifetime. You’ll be surrounded by an impressive group of brilliant minds working to achieve our collective goals.

Our consultants, product developers, business development specialists, operations professionals and more all bring something unique to Faculty, and you’ll learn something new from everyone you meet.
