Requirements

Preferred Profile

• Proven product management experience, ideally within a startup or fast-growing organization.
• Experience scaling digital platforms and cross-functional teams in product-based, logistics, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on system design, architecture, and trade-offs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
• Drive platform and infrastructure scalability to support increasing user volumes and business growth.
• Participate in sales and customer discussions to understand client needs, gather feedback, and translate insights into the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
• Use BRT and product lifecycle management tools to track initiatives, manage dependencies, and optimize business and technical processes.
• Apply prior domain experience to guide product strategy, prioritization, and execution within the logistics ecosystem.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
