We’re looking for a Product Manager to join us at MediaValet. This role is open to candidates based in or around Vancouver, BC.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how thousands of users interact with our platform every day. From helping to define our roadmap to collaborating with Product Design and Engineering on roadmap execution, and Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support on go-to-market (GTM), you’ll ensure MediaValet continues to deliver value and innovation to some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Monitor DAM and adjacent markets (content management, brand enablement, AI search) to identify opportunities and inform product priorities.
  • Customer Insights: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to deeply understand customer needs. Through thoughtful discovery, translate needs into clear product requirements.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Build and maintain the product roadmap for areas under your domain ownership. Balance input from customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product Design to define detailed requirements, craft solutions, and ensure alignment throughout development.
  • Product Development: Lead initiatives through the full lifecycle — from ideation, to launch, to iteration.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Define and track key SaaS metrics (adoption, retention, usage, NRR impact) to measure success and guide decisions.
  • Go-to-Market: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to launch features with clear positioning, messaging, and enablement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Share updates and progress with internal teams, ensuring alignment across the business.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Have:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS and/or Digital Asset Management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes; comfortable partnering with software engineers and discussing technical trade-offs.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in data analysis, with experience using product analytics to inform decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, able to simplify complex concepts for any audience.
  • Customer Focus: Empathy for users and commitment to delivering value.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team Player Mentality: Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally.

Compensation: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 CAD / year + up to 10% on-target bonus eligibility
