As a Product Manager for This is Blast!, you will be core to the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people. Flesh out the details of a game's design, oversee its testing, and revise the game in response to player feedback. Own and maintain the core economy of the game, including currencies, sources & sinks, progression pacing, and guardrails
Monitor the health of the economy and proactively identify risks such as inflation, bottlenecks, or unbalanced rewards
Propose and implement adjustments to ensure long-term sustainability and player satisfaction
Support the configuration and tuning of events, promotions, and limited-time offers
Identify and optimize key monetisation moments across the player journey
Own the design and performance of in-app purchases, bundles, promotions, and monetisation-driven LiveOps
Define offer content, value balance, pricing logic, and segmentation strategies
Work closely with AdMon experts to ensure strong alignment between IAP and ads monetisation
Own and contribute to the A/B testing roadmap for monetisation and economy features
Analyze performance using KPIs such as ARPDAU, conversion, retention, and progression metrics
Translate data insights into clear product decisions and long-term improvements
You have 1–3 years (Product Specialist) or 4+ years (Product Manager) of experience in product, game design, economy, or monetisation roles
You have a strong interest in F2P mobile games, monetisation systems, and LiveOps-driven products
You have solid analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions
You can operate in a fast-paced, iterative live game environment
You have clear communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
Experience working on mobile puzzle or casual games is a plus
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, segmentation, or LiveOps tooling is a plus
Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or similar analytics tools is a plus
Background in economy balancing, reward design, or pricing strategies is a plus
