Product Manager
The role: Trepp is embarking on a strategic transformation of our Bond Finance structuring solution, and we’re seeking a Product Manager to lead this modernization effort. We’re seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity and excels at turning ideas into impactful, scalable solutions. You’ll lead project initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. This is a forward-looking, longer-term initiative with ownership of the program strategy and the product roadmap, collaborating with industry experts within and outside of Trepp. In addition to product strategy and direction, the role will advance Trepp’s strategy and marketing initiatives to help grow & commercialize this structuring solution across the broader industry participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product development from concept to launch, owning key deliverables and timelines.
- Translate business processes and user workflows into clear requirements, to guide development and stakeholder alignment.
- Understand modernization goals & objectives & suggest impactful improvements to workflows and optimize features in new system.
- Define and manage technical program plans, including dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain user stories and backlog for products. Be the point of engagement for the development team.
- Partner with UX and design to ensure intuitive user experiences.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
- Ensure high-quality implementation by taking part in quality assurance assessment, mainly testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
- Proven experience launching products from 0 to 1 or owning major product deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex workflows into actionable plans and execute those plans to completion
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools.
- Ability to understand architecture patterns, software development principles,
- Strong experience with technical program/product management and agile development practices.
- Ability to create and present process maps, user flows, and system diagrams, UX/UI mockups, wireframes to speed up iterative delivery.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SaaS architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Prior work in consulting, transformation initiatives.
Salary:
- Base salary starting from $135k plus bonus eligible

Workplace Policy:
Trepp’s offices follow a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
