Requirements

Experience & Background

• 1–4 years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years working with fintech or crypto-focused startups
• Hands-on experience with blockchain-based products, such as stablecoin integrations, wallet connectivity, or smart contract–enabled workflows
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and stablecoin ecosystems, including USDC, USDT, and DAI

Core Competencies

• Experience designing and managing APIs for financial or crypto products
• Familiarity with crypto regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks, including AML and KYC requirements
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem solving
